Community Partnerships:

NMT seeks to create partnerships with our communities to support our common concerns and develop an environment where we embrace each other, raise awareness, and implement strategies to address the issues of crime and violence impacting our communities.  The method of partnership NMT uses is designed to ensure that all stakeholders are embraced as part of the solution and not the problem.  This means that we view all participants in NMT programs as supporters of our mission, goals, and objectives.  Therefore, as we work toward overcoming the many challenges facing our communities, we must be sure not to create an environment where individuals and/or organizations feel isolated or personally attacked. 

It is of paramount importance that we (NMT Members, Supporters, and Sponsors) speak the language of partnership.
